Celia Llácer began her conducting studies with Maestro Borja Quintas and earned her Master’s degree from the Zurich University of the Arts, where she studied under Professors Christoph-Mathias Mueller and Johannes Schlaefli. She has further developed her craft through masterclasses with renowned conductors including Jaap van Zweden, Emmanuel Villaume, Karel Mark Chichon, James Lowe, Jordi Francés or Bruno Aprea.

In the 2024/25 season, she serves as Chief Conductor of the Junges Kammerorchester Ostschweiz. She has worked as Assistant Conductor with both the Schweizer Jugend-Sinfonie-Orchester (SJSO) and the Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Liège, collaborating with Maestro Gergely Madaras during the 2023/24 season.

Celia participated in the 2024 edition of the Gstaad Conducting Academy, conducting the Gstaad Festival Orchestra. In 2023, she was selected for the Linda and Mitch Hart Institute at The Dallas Opera, and also made her debut at the Tanglewood Festival with the Young Artists Orchestra of the Boston University Tanglewood Institute.

She has debuted with orchestras as the Castilla y León Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Opera, Göttinger Symphonie Orchester, Orquesta Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias, Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra, Real Filharmonía de Galicia, Hradec Králové Philharmonic Orchestra, Philharmonie Konstanz, and the Philharmonic Orchestra of Gran Canaria.

Earlier in her career, she served as Principal Conductor of the JOECOM Orchestra (2019–2022), and as Assistant Conductor with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Gran Canaria (2022) and the Joven Orquesta de Córdoba (2019).
